Ingredients needed to make this Dry Rasagulla:
1)1/2 cup Urad dal.
2)1 cup rice.
3)water sufficent up to full immersed for both Rice and Urad dal for over night or for 3 hours.
4)sugar 1 cup,it depends upon you,if you need more sugar you can add.
5)food colour(red)
Process/Method to make Dry Rasagulla at home:Urad dal and Rice Batter take into the bowl after grinder or Blender grinder mix one table spoon food colur and mix it well untile it became red colour,
and another side take one big dish,keep it on the burner with low flame, pour sugar and heat it untile it get's sticky so this will be running and in another burner take a pan with half pack oil and heat it,now this batter make small..small ball's pour insert in the oil untile it fully fryed,remove from the pan and mix it into the sugar contain which was already became sticky before for an hour.Remove the balls and take it into the plate and sprinkle sugar powder on th ball's.So sweet is ready you can tast it.This sweet is also know has 90s recipe because now days this sweet not available in market.
