Boiled egg Fry curry
Boiled egg fry infused with oil and south indian spices,boiled eggs are covered
with spicy onion curry to make a perfect in the meal. Ingredients Required to
cook 1)Boiled Eggs-3nos 2)Onion Chop-3no's 3)Green Mirchi-5-6nos 4)Coriander-2
spoon full 5)Curry Leaves-2 Spoon Full 6)Ginger & Garlic-1tbsp 7)Salt-1tbsp
8)Red Mirchi-1tbsp 9)Turmeric(Haldi)-1tbsp 10)Cinnamon(Dalchini)-2-3pieces

Preparation Process
.Cook all eggs on low/medium heat for 1-4 minutes and keep a side .Heat up oil
in a pan,once its heated warm but not hot,add urad bean,mustard seeds,cumin
seeds,onion chop,green mirchi,coriander,ginger & garlic
paste,turmeric,cinnamon,cloves,red mirchi,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,salt mix
them all then add boiled eggs again mix them slowly until eggs gets full spices
colour.At Last sprinkle curry leaves on egg fry. So my dear friends our curry is
ready for lunch or dinner.
