Instant Papad Recipe
Mix the ingredients
Step 1 Take a extra deep mixing bowl and add Urad Dal 1 cup,take a blender and
blend the urad dal and make a fine powder then filter the flour. Step 2 Add
eating soda 1 table spoon in urad dal. Step 3 Add asafoetida(hing) 1/4 table
spoon in urad dal. Step 4 Add salt 1 table spoon in urad dal. step 5 Add small
quantity of water to form a smooth dough with oil. Step 6 Knead the dough for
the papad. Step 7 Divide the dough into small equal size sections. Step 8 Roll
out the papad. Step 9 Now using a rolling pin, flatten the dough pieces into a
circle. Repeat until you finish the other section too. Step 10 Dry the flatten
circle pieces of dough for minimum for 3 hous under the fan. Step 11 Set in
order the flatten circle pieces of dough in storage container. Step 12 Now it is
ready to fry at any time for lunch or dinner. Step 13 Heat refined oil in a
deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and transfer the prepared papad in it. Deep
fry the papad until it becomes crispy. Transfer it on a tissue to remove excess
oil. Serve hot or store it.
