INGREDIENTS
1)Sweet Corn-1 Cup.
2)Yogurt-1 cup.
3)Ginger- 1 inch
4)Green Chillis-2 no's
5)Coriander Leaves-1 Cup
6)Mint Leaves-1/2 Cup
7)Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
8)Sandwich Bread-4-6
9)Butter-As you Needed
10)Veg mayonnaise
Process
Take Sweet corn,Yogurt,Ginger,Green Chillies,Coriander,Mint and Lemon juice blend it all to became smooth chutney.Take a Bowl and mix sweet corn,yogurt and Chutney with fine mix.Take 2 sandwich bread and apply the veg mayonnaise on one bread piece than apply chutney,close with another sandwich bread than both side apply with butter.On another side take pan heat it with medium flame rub with spoon of butter now fry sandwich both side.So your sandwich is ready to eat after it became normal temperature.
